EXCHANGE & RETURNS 
For change of mind, size, or design, we can offer exchanges. If the item is unavailable, we will provide store credit.

We expect you’ll love your purchases, but if you don’t, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, bags must be received by Ortiga within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with no wear or tear visible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at ortiga.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with detailed instructions.
